Detailed research on the disease has shown that this skin disorder is normally found on the arms, legs, trunk, nails, or scalp, but not necessarily the same every time. It may be found on any part of the skin however; most commonly affected areas are the knees and elbows. This skin disorder is chronic but not contagious.
